unable to print labels

Tried to print but get message something went wrong and unable to generate label

I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried logging in and out and the problem still persist.

There is a major internet issue on the east coast Verizon lost a main fiber optic cable I think that is the problem. Check major news feeds
