I am in the Bahamas. My items are forwarded from my US address when purchased even though ebay gives a return label i can not use it unless i can find someone to personally take my return item to the US and post it at the post office the cost of FedEx or UPS is ridiculous from my country and in most csae more expensive than the item being return so my time runs out to get the item to the US and i loses my refund this is so unfair that crocked sellers get away with stealing my money. is there any way around this

So you not only have voided your buyer protection, you are abusing the FB system by the FB you are leaving for some of these sellers that you feel have wronged you.
It is important to keep in mind that the sellers you are talking about agreed to ship to a US address. Their pricing and shipping costs were related to that and not an international address. You are faulting them for not being willing to take on additional expenses to allow you to ship the item back to them from an international address. That isn't fair nor is it anything they agreed to when you purchased the item. It was not part of the purchase contract.
If you want to return the item from the US address in which your item was shipped to, you most likely would not be having these issues.

Don't use Freight Forwarders and don't buy from sellers who don't ship direct to your country.

I want to know how you can hold Ebay or a seller responsible for you not getting a refund when you so clearly state that YOUR time runs out to return an item within the time frame needed?
How is that anyones fault but yours? Yet you blame the sellers in feedback left.

You do know that technically you forfeit your buyer protection when you have your purchases forwarded right? You can avoid all of this by getting rid of the forwarding service. It’s not eBay or the sellers fault you can’t return the items on time and your sellers should be contacting eBay and having the cases closed against you since you aren’t eligible for buyer protection.

your comment were not helpful at all you sound like you might be the seller. But my upset is not with ebay. If i was not sold obviously faulty items i would not need to get a refund Is anyone honest anymore I remember when it said Made in America or when you did business with an American we knew it was something you could trust. What happened to that??? I will take my losses and learn. Thanks For your blunt remarks

Thank you. I put the shoes on and they tore in my hand. They were not damaged by delivery they were dry rot. But your answer was the most helpful. I just wish people were more honest when doing business I miss those day when you could trust people.

What happened is that you had the shoes shipped to a third party and there is no telling what the 3rd party did to the shoes. You can’t expect the seller to take responsibility and refund you and you can’t expect them to pay for international return shipping when you are the one who chose to have them shipped out of the US. The issue here isn’t dishonest Americans.

Most are honest. But there will always be some that aren't. Both sellers and buyers. Good luck to you in the future. I'm glad I could help.

The issue is not dishonest Americans it is dishonesty and lack of honor on the whole in the world. I mentioned American pride because it was once an example to the world. I don't wish to argue or make enemies and i am not attacking Americans So please don't try to turn my words into something ugly. To clarify, the packing was in tact the shoes were pristine but when i tried to put them on they tore away at the seams and the so-called leather crumbled. I am sure the shippers did not damage them with some experimental ageing ray that can not be detected in the original packaging. But that is a dead horse the mater is done. Please i wanted help someone corrected me I don't need to argue. Don't be angry with me I am the one who lost his money I dont know you but I know I made a sacrifice to buy those shoes as small amount as it may be to others it was a sacrifice for me. I am already down over the situation please don't kick me as well.

Yes, don't use freight forwarding and as stated, just buy from those who sell to your country.
