Hi, can anyone give me advice on an item i sent with tracking to another country, the status of the tracking shows in transit from country of departure, but on destination country its shows delivered, but my buyer has opened case saying he hasnt received and has opened a case, any suggestions please what i can do

Upload the tracking number to the case and then call customer service and ask them to track the package on the destination country's postal website.
