tracking number

I just sold 2 items to the same buyer......I shipped them both in 1 box so I have one tracking number....eBay will not let me show the same tracking number on both items, so 1 item still does not show a tracking number which will give me a demerit and affect my top rated seller status....how do I fix this?

Go to the order details of the item that needs tracking. 
Click “ Add tracking” add your tracking numbers, click save.

I don’t see why eBay won’t let you use the same tracking number. I’ve done it thousands of times without issue.

Next time you are in this situation just go through the process of combine shipment and you can print out the label for both item if not more than 2 item in the same package. If you don't know how to do that come here and we can show you.
