My post office will not scan my items unless I stand in line and when I do that then they gripe about having to scan each box...they tell me there is a way to print out all of the bar codes on one sheet and then they can scan from that. But I cannot find information on how to do that. Can anyone tell me how that is done?

When you use ebay's bulk shipping, after printing all the labels, there is an option to print the SCAN sheet. That is the sheet being referred to. This way, the counter clerk only has to scan one item instead of each package.

I'd just add..........you have to create/print all the labels at one time to get the scan sheet.......

I can add from personal experience that not all the USPS employees know what a SCAN sheet is either. The last time I brought up the topic while chatting at our local PO, my counter guy knew what it was, and said that he thought he'd scanned maybe one or two in the past, but that was about all. The clerk at the next service window said that she'd never heard of a SCAN sheet. As I left, my counter guy was explaining to her what it was.

No, you don't have to be TRS........... when you go to the label page, look in upper right corner.......I believe that's how you access bulk shipping...... but my memory............lol

No. You do not have to be a top rated seller.
In my Seller Hub, when I go to Orders > Awaiting shipment
I can click the box in front of each item, then click SHIPPING at the top and then Print shipping labels. All of the items to be shipped are then displayed. I can change any of the dimensions/weight if needed, and then go to review and pay. After the labels are all printed, there should be an option to Print the Scan sheet. Click that option. Then there are 3 more clicks. (From memory: continue, continue, OK. Or maybe it is generate, generate, OK.) Then below is a PRINT box to click on to print the SCAN form.

Have you noticed it will only generate the SCAN sheet if you print multiple labels at a time? Or have you found you are able to print the SCAN sheet if you only print 1 label?
It shouldn't be this difficult!
