Did you mean:

the return label

I want to return an item, but I can't find the label to print. PayPal doesn't let me print the return label.  I've chat with one eBay associate and he said he will issue a return label for me, but so far I have not receive it yet. the Item said on eBay it fit the Jaguar X-Type, but when I received it was not for X-Type.

The order #: 21-06580-29263

the return label

Did you open a Return and possibly cite, "Doesn't fit" as the reason for the return? If so, that is a remorse reason. Did the seller approve your Return?

Not sure where you are in the return process.  If you started it in eBay, you are still protected by the Money Back Guarantee (MBG).  As such you want to stay here and not mess things up.

When you go to the Resolution Center, link at bottom of the page, you have a several choices for the reason for a return.  They basically boil down to two categories: remorse return and 'not as described' (NAD) return.  Then it depends on the return "policy' of the seller.  When the seller has a return policy that is 'no returns' or 30-days and buyer pays the return, then a BUYER pays return shipping when the selected reason for the return falls under a remorse reason.  However, the SELLER pays for return shipping when the reason falls under a NAD reason no matter what is the seller's return policy.

Now while the item in actuality did not "fit" the reason for your return should have been a NAD reason - wrong item.  Fine distinction, but critical.  So that should give you and idea - if you selected a remorse reason and the seller has 'no returns' or a 30-day buyer pays, then you need to buy return shipping.  OR alternatively see if you can get CS to change the reason for the return so seller pays (slim chance).  IF you are on the hook for return shipping, go sign up for free at PirateShip and get commercial rates for the return shipping.

But you say you can't get PayPal to print a label.  If you opened a case in PP, then the eBay case is automatically closed and the MBG protection is lost.  You can't go back to the MBG.  PP refunds require the BUYER to pay for return shipping.

So that is what I see from what is written.  Perhaps more info could help us help you.

Oh and this is the eBay Community - volunteers helping other eBay members.  We have no access to case details nor sales records.  BUT we give better advice than CS because we are buyers and sellers that have 'been there and done that!'
