I sent a packages priority mail on March 1, to a buyer. Tracking says there is a delay and expected delivery is March 17.
I also ordered something off of Etsy on March 1, seller sent it priority and all tracking say is there is a delay with no expected deliver date.

I looked a your 2 sold items. Was weird that I saw in "Ships To", Puerto Rico was the only destination.

LOL, I see that. It actually says "Ships to Puerto Rico, United States". That translates: I ship to the 50 United States and Puerto Rico only.

I see you ship out of Cowtown. I ship out of the Dallas area and have been seeing no delays via USPS, though over 50% of my shipments use UPS.
USPS is continually having issues at certain distribution centers across the USA. I check shipments and anything going through Chicago, Indy, Atlanta get UPS as the carrier.
Would be curious to know the destination city of your eBay shipment and the origin of the shipment coming your way?

eBay going to Kansas
Etsy coming from Boyton Beach Florida

If the Kansas shipment routes through St. Louis, that could possibly be an issue. St. Louis has been on the problem child list in the past according to folks here.
East coast Florida, coming this way, who knows???
I usually don't have any issues getting USPS from DFW to anywhere in Florida.
I use UPS for anything of significant value or something I care about. Seeing the same consistent, solid delivery times for UPS Ground and UPS Ground Saver.

In all the years selling on here, I have never seen as many problems with USPS. I have had 2 lost packages in the last 3 months that I was eventually reimbursed through claims. I average 20-25 shipments per month, so am not a large seller. Delays yes but 0 lost in the last 11 years until now.
I have 2 packages currently lost, 1 at Kansas city sort center 4 weeks now and another was within 12 miles of the destination and was miss sent from Palatine Illinois to Philadelphia where it has gone into the "black hole". Package research cases were opened, calls were made to Postmasters and while they were sympathetic, its business as usual.
I am refunding 1 buyer tomorrow and expect another buyer refund next week. I have stayed in contact with buyers but there is only so much you can do. Lately It seems like a lot of my shipments are now being routed to the Des Moines Iowa distribution center, and I am averaging 5-10 day deliveries not 3-5 days as was usual.

I've been using USPS for one sole reason, there is an Ace Hardware with a USPS service counter a 30 second drive from my house. I preprint my labels so I'm in and out in less than a minute. Given the delivery inconsistency I've been experiencing over the last year, for eBay sales I'll probably switch over to UPS, which means now I have to drive 5 minutes, or I guess schedule a pick up.

I recommend you go to the PO you use and have then do a internal tracking system scan and ask for photo shot of packages . the internal scan will more details then USPS online site and ebay gets.
