Customer paid but shipping address and name has changed. I've tried to contact the buyer but I cannot reach them.

Not sure what you mean by "shipping address and name has changed".
The buyer is allowed to change that information after he has paid. You are required to ship to the address you see on the page where he made payment.

Did the buyer (or someone else posing as the buyer) ask you to ship to a different address not on file after they paid?

email or ebay measage??
Make sure the user name is the same you sold to:
Some folks do this to get free items from the novice user.... and of course the original buyer gets a refund due to no item delivered...
If they want you to ship to a different addy DO NOT DO SO...
Use only the one on the order detail page...

Customer is allowed to change that information BEFORE he has paid - right? Seller must ship to the address he gets with the payment. But that address does not have to match the Ebay address for the buyer.

You need to click the Reply button here and give us more details on what has happened so far. I assume we're talking about the $350 iPad that you just sold, so you need to proceed carefully as you are working in a high-scam category.
You must ship to the address that you receive with the payment, nowhere else. If you receive a separate message from your buyer asking to change the address and ship somewhere else, you will need to refund and ask them to re-purchase with the address to which they want it sent. (Make sure that the user ID on the message you received actually matches that of your buyer.)
If you receive a message from a different ID, not the ID of your buyer, ignore it. That's a common scam.
These are standard recommendations above, but if those do not fit your situation, please reply with more details. (Why do you have "spam email" as your Subject line?)
