Recently, my printer wasn't working so I used the old-fashioned method. I created a hand-printed label and hand-delivered it to the post office. Transaction was a success and I have received feedback from buyer. My problem is that Ebay is still showing that my package was never mailed. I failed to keep the information I received from the post office. How can I get the information changed which says "overdue" for mailing?

If you shipped with USPS, do you buy chance have informed delivery?
There's is an "outgoing" tab that should list the tracking number.
Can you mark it, shipped without tracking? ETA NVM I think that would have had to have been a shipping option before it sold.
For the future always enter the tracking info. It's very important to protect you as a seller.
It's the only thing that can save you from claims of "item not received".

You can't unless you find the tracking number and enter it, also the buyer can still claim INR and get a refund

You could try asking the buyer is they still have it. A long shot. The post office can look it up from the ship to address but, they often won't.
That should not prevent you from getting paid. I have received many items that were never scanned delivered and there was no automatic refund.
Next time save the label as a .JPG on a USB stick. You can print it as a photo at many stores like Walmart or Target.

It's always good business practice to keep a copy of any sales information for your records and for tax purposes. That includes copies of orders and shipping labels. Also receipts for supplies and items you have bought for resale. Just in case.
