This is my first time selling. I have completed everything except the shipping. How do I set up shipping to the US only? Where do I enter the shipping info? (cost, time). For some reason every time I review the posting it says, "for pick up only".

I would suggest you go to Youtube. There are many ebay videos for beginners. The more recent the better.
