ESince I’m a Top Rate Seller I have to Ship in 1 day but since we’ve had Christmas & New Year Holidays I haven’t Shipped in one day but I noticed that as soon as some people Sale they do the Shipping Label, should I go on and put Shipping labels on the item even through it’s going to be 2-3 days before they will be Shipped ? I don’t want to lose My Status & trying to do everything by the Book, I did notify each one of My Customers That their Item wouldn’t be Shipped until Jan. 2 and I got reply’s back from each of them that it wasn't Any Problem but on my Dashboard it shows I have 4 that’s Overdue, I appreciate The Community’s input & advice, Thank You and have a Safe & Wonderful 2019

Hello my friend items look good as always

the late shipments on the dashboard did you run a report ?

Had they paid on Dec 24th

then you should have been fine with shipping Dec 26th  if paid the 23rd then yes you should have shipped Dec 24th

if they paid Dec 31st you should be fine shipping today

holidays & weekends don’t count

Can you look at the report ?

You should ship within one day.

You should ship in 1 business day.  Holiday don’t count. But yesterday would count as it was not a holiday.  Printing a label will not help you.  In order to show shipped on time it needs to be scanned into the postal system.

Hello- I also ship within one day as a TRS and I haven't had any issues with the holidays. For example, when I sold something before Christmas day I printed the label and shipped before noon on the 24th. Items that sold after noon on the 24th and all day on the 25th, I printed the labels and shipped out the morning of the 26th.
For New Years I shipped until noon on the 31st and items which sell today I will ship tomorrow, the 2nd. There has been no delay for me to get my items out within the one day threshold so I have no dings.
Best of luck to you....

Monday December 24 and 31 were regular business days as far as eBay shipping and handling times are concerned.

But the Post Offices are not open on Holidays so I can’t Ship it or have it scanned, I shipped them all out on the January 2, I’m trying so hard to get everything right & I never printed a Shipping label until I knew I was shipping in the next 2-3 hrs. I did sent all My Customers the reason they weren’t being Shipped, I will always put My Customers ( Buyers) first, I really appreciate the Good advice I have received, I could never have gotten to this Point without The Help from Community, Thanks to all of You

When were those items paid for?  Wednesday January 2 would have been 1-day handling for items that were paid for on December 31 or January 1.  Items that were paid for on Friday (12/21) through Sunday (12/23) were supposed to be mailed on Monday 12/24.

It doesn't matter when you purchase/print the postage label.  If you do it before the actual date of shipping, you can choose to print the correct date on the label, there's a little drop-down menu on the label preparation form that lets you choose a date up to about 3 days in advance.

I think with Christmas and New Years it wouldn't kill ebay to just not notice.

The Fact is I messed up, I have learned to read the Report as when Ebay expects the items to be shipped, it won’t happen again , LESSON LEARNED!

Thanks labs118 good to hear from You again, I did ship all of mine out Jan 2,
I totally messed up, not only with the dates but I was so Sick, You asked if I run a Report, what is that? I don’t know if it’s worth being Top Rated Seller, lol 😂, there’s 2 Packages that shouldn’t be against me because they placed there order in the middle of the night on Dec 24, I’m going to go over all the dates & times and call Ebay, they have always been so nice & Helpful when I called Customer Service, now all My listings has that I shipped International, I do Not want to Ship international, EBay puts things on My listings,so I had to go in and change all of those tonight, I have to check everyday to see what they added or took off, oh well It’s Fun Selling I just don’t like making mistakes and I think I’ve made them all, That’s Again For Your Help, I can count on You, oh by the way, how’s everything going with You? Hope You had Great Holidays

I looked at 3 of your listings and they all said that you only ship to USA.

If you don't want to ship internationally, you have to set up your shipping preferences and buyer requirements.

My eBay > Account > Site Preferences (Show all) > Selling Preferences > Shipping preferences (Show) > Offer the Global Shipping Program No; Exclude shipping locations from your listings > Yes (Edit) [ ] Apply to all current live listings > Apply

While there, also click on Buyer requirements (Show). These are my Buyer requirements:
-Have received 2 Unpaid Item strike(s) within 6 Month(s)
-Have a primary shipping address in a location I don't ship to
-Have 4 Policy Violation report(s) within 6 Month(s)
-Have a feedback score of -1 or lower
-Are currently winning or have bought 6 of my items in the last 10 days and have a feedback score of 5 or lower
