Still concerned about NEW Bulk Shipping

Its been a few months now for this new revised bulk shipping program.

I have 3 concerns that seem to have STILL not been addressed by eBay.

These are not life changing problems .  Simply nuisances.

1. As an example...If you buy 5 labels at $5 each, you used to get charged $25 from PayPal.   Now get 5 seperate transactions of $5 each.  I understand the end result is identical, but for those of us who run an eBay business, it makes record keeping that much more difficult.  Can anyone think of a reason why either eBay or PayPal would prefer it this way.
2. Still cannot do international using bulk shipping and have to do them seperately.  Why?  The old bulk shipping was able to do international.  This may only be a minor inconvenience, but its still an inconvenience.
3. Occassionally, the labels won't print and I get an error message.  the only way to then print my labels is to go into "LABELS" and manually reprint each one.  Really stinks when I have 20 outgoing packages.

Why has there been no improvements or any word from eBay on their progress.  The old system was FAR more efficient.

There have been no changes to my ebay bulk shipping.

I just checked my Paypal account.  I only had 2 shipments on December 31.  Paypal shows a total amount debited for the two purchases.  They were taken in one lump sum.  Not 2 separate charges.

When I have international shipments, those labels are at the end, after the first class parcels and priority packages.

So, I don't know if I am still using the "old" bulk shipping or the "new" bulk shipping.  Sure would be nice if ebay would include a "version" number on the screen so buyers/sellers know if they are talking about the same thing.

Yes, it would be nice if there were identifiers for/on the various pages/tools AND names assigned (like SYI Form v2, ShippingLabelFlow 032018, etc).
