Looks like you're using calculated USPS shipping. That's always accurate unless you entered incorrect weight and dimensions on the listing form.
Did you use eBay's "auto-fill" weight/dimensions for similar items? If so, that's inevitably prone to errors since eBay is giving you an estimate and does not know the actual weight and dimensions of your package. The text even says it's an estimate.
