Those plates had free shipping, that's why the buyer wasn't charged any shipping.

There's nothing to correct now.

Have a great day.

You correct it by not offering Free Shipping on the next item you sell.

You not only have to enter dimensions and weight, but also choose a calculated shipping choice as carrier.

Sellers don't charge buyers for shipping after the sale.

You're going to have the same problem if item 166995479045 gets any bids as that listing is also offering free shipping to buyers @rqkelly . I suggest revising the listing if you did not intend to offer free shipping.

I'm surprised you're using auction format for dishes with a fixed market value, the majority of which are selling with only 1 bid. That's not the best use of auction format. Have you considered listing fixed price format?

what is the advantage of fixed price?  are there any additional costs?

Buyer doesn't have to wait a week to see if they won the auction and they can receive the item faster.

No, fee's are the same.

Have a great day.
