I ordered and bought a golf putter on June 21. I have not received it still.  I have contacted seller and he says it is still on its way.  USPS tracking has not been updating for a couple of weeks. I contacted Ebay a couple of weeks ago to help me.  They keep putting me off.  Now it is July 21 they say when they can make a decision.

@pagelinc  1 day past the estimated delivery date, file a Not Received case.

Please read the eBay MBG and follow the instructions.

If the seller shipped the putter in a tube, then it will get pulled out of the automated sorting process and have to be manually sorted and shipped ... since the USPS no longer does over-time, manual sorting can introduce long delays.

There was an estimated delivery date in the listing.

If that date has passed by at least one day, you can open an item not received case and have 30 days to do so with eBay.  There is absolutely no need to contact the seller, just open the case.

Don't overwork yourself. Open the Item Not Received claim if your putter isn't to you (at least) one day past the Estimated Delivery Date on the order. Trust me, eBay will clue in the seller. Good luck.

I have done that already thanks. I have open item not received and Ebay has contacted seller. Seller replied it is on its way.   But is almost a month now.

"But is almost a month now." A month since you ordered? Makes no difference. The estimated delivery date is what matters at this point.  When you ordered, you agreed to wait til then for your purchase.
