hi, I’m trying to retrieve a QR code for an order that I already shipped on eBay. It didn’t go to my email or messages. I went to the post office and they can’t pull it up with just the tracking number. How can I get the QR code back

If you selected to printed a label and shipped the item you would not be getting a QR code unless you specifically clicked on QR.
It's either print label or get a QR code, you can't have both.

Hi @wendysclothescloset . To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.

Yes you can generate both a QR code and a printable label. Not on classic web as demonstrated in your screenshot @ebooksdiva , but on mobile web you can, see my screenshot below. And I think you can on the app, too, though I'm not 100% on that.

I was going by what policy said

Since I don't use the app I don't answer questions based on it. I basically treat the app as if it doesn't exist lol

If the item has already shipped reprint option wouldn't be available.

It is still available, but you have to first click print another label, then at the top of that page it will show a message saying you already purchased a label and it has a link to reprint. You can reprint for up to 7 days, even if the label was already scanned in by USPS.

My screenshot was from a tablet on mobile web; it was not from the app. You might be using classic web on your tablet? Not sure why you don't see the combo option.

I remember one of our regulars around here @albertabrightalberta confirmed she has used the combo "printable label and QR code" option here. Perhaps she can tell us whether she was using classic web, mobile web, or app.

The combo option does not present itself in all formats and I can't recall off the top of my head when it's offered and when it's not. I might have notes on it somewhere?
