No idea if you are asking as a buyer or seller, but every listing will show the shipping cost quite clearly, if the seller does not normally ship to your location you will see 'Contact seller for details' in the shipping area.

Anyone is welcome to post on the Community, but posting on Community doesn't have any impact on sales or your standing as a Seller. Perhaps I can clear up some confusion?
