Use paypal or go to the postal website www.usps.com. There is also a company called PIRATESHIP to print labels.

If it's an item your purchasing on eBay, there is a place to change the ship to address before you click pay. You must change it before you pay however.

That should be www.PayPal.com/shipnow . It doesn't work without the dot-com.
