Either you chose USPS instead of FedEx by accident

or

You offered two shipping options, one via USPS and one via FedEx, and your buyer selected USPS.

Either way, it was something you did.

Seriously though, since your listings were part of the Authenticity Guarantee program, we cannot see what shipping method you selected in the listing, or what shipping method is showing on the shipping label page. Sometimes the label page will default to one service but you can choose another. I don't know if the AG program requires shipping to them with a certain carrier or not - maybe that's affecting things?
