Im a seller on Ebay I have a question about shipping I have an order for a 16 piece plates, bowels and coffee mugs since they won't fit in a usps priority mail box am I able to use a blank cardboard box to ship my item out

You can use any box to ship via Priority Mail, including the flat rate boxes. But if you use a flat rate box, you pay the flat rate postage cost.
If the box you use is over 1 cubic foot (1728 cubic inches) you will be charged postage at the "dimensional weight" which can be much higher than the weight-based rate. You might be better-off using multiple flat-rate boxes; figure it out both ways.

Yes, you can use any box to ship Priority, except for flat-rate Priority.

I know it's probably a typo, but there is no "e" in BOWL.
Bowels are part of the digestive tract.

Many times I use 2 flat rate boxes to ship items. This has always been cheaper than a large plain heavy box which the PO charges extra for since it falls into the oversize or more poundage. Just print a 2nd label and tell the buyer to expect 2 boxes.
