Ebay sends payout before shipping is complete. Why can't Ebay keep the shipping payment until item is shipped.

You can increase your handling time, or specify to pay for the shipping labels using pending payouts.

I have been in MP since October 2018 and I have a 1=day handling time.  No problems at all.
