shipping

Hello. I ordered a computer CPU on March 15 2019 from Australia and I've been waiting a long time. I wonder if this is normal, because it has been a bit over half a month now, and the seller has not replied to any of my messages and has not shipped it. This is a bit fishy, and I'm new to Ebay. I payed with a gift card I got and I have no other payment method to get refunded from, because there's something going on with my credit card.

a bit too much info...

im new no blame pls

Re: shipping

On your purchase history, there will be a date that the item is supposed to have arrived by ... if it is past that date, then you can file an Item Not Received claim with eBay.

But to address your questions ...

  1. Yes it can take a few weeks for international shipments to arrive
  2. The seller may have shipped it, but not provided a tracking number to eBay.

Re: shipping

I know what you mean, not sure I can trust my credit card either, strange charges where I've never been. Look for your latest estimated delivery date, then if your watch has not arrived, start a refund request the next day: Click I would like to > I don't get it. If you get a refund, it will go back to the grit card, hopefully you didn't throw it away.
