What is going on E-bay why are you changing shipping cost to buyers on my selling page?

I only looked at 2 listings.  One has calculated shipping and the other was a small flat rate priority box.

When you look at your own listing you are seeing the shipping cost from your zip code to your zip code.  The buyer sees his shipping cost from your zip code to his zip code.
