usps new IMPB system  Ive had to hits with it so far for postage being do and automaticly taken from my acount 

all because the the label was paid for usps bye wieght and dimensions 

the box used was a flat rate box but where it sais flat rate had been covered up the new computer system billed me for a flat rate box to times now  just a warning to u guys might consider baging them boxes so it dont happen to u as well

That ruling specifically addresses situations in which "the customer has manipulated or reconstructed" the box or envelope.   Clearly  the ruling is aimed at users who try to take advantage of flat-rate pricing by expanding the size of the box.  Not those who ship an intact box and try to underpay in situations where the regular rate would be lower than the flat rate.

Here's one. 

 

I printed out a label and got the weight wrong. I printed it for 3 pounds and it weighed over 5.

 

Instead of leaving it for the carrier like normal, I went to the PO and was going to get the extra postage. They would not do it. I was told that they can't add postage to an online label and she explained that I would get billed later for the extra weight.
