Is it possible to make a shipping deal with UPS? I live in Egypt and I want to ship products, but the shipping rates are expensive. What is the best way to ship products internationally? Is it possible with FedEx and eBay partnership I can ship!!

Postal rates just went up for the US post office. Shipping is very high. The other carriers are expected to raise rates too.

Are you saying Egypt Post is expensive? If UPS is an option you can use them but be prepared to have unhappy buyers because for International deliveries UPS charges a hefty broker fee in addition to what the seller has paid for shipping before they can retrieve their package.

But no matter - the answer is you can use them if you'd like.

Tip: New sellers have a selling limit of 10 items with a total value of up to $500 per month. You have exceeded that limit.

A new seller with a $1500 watch is asking for trouble. I hope you can weather the storm that could follow.

The sale limit has been raised to 5000 dollars and 100 products. I know that, but eBay has raised my buy and sell limit to $5,000 and 100 products. Is there a problem with that? I finished a month ago and sold a product!!

The consequences of the buyer returning a used or different item are are same. You will be forced to refund the buyer in full. You will have to pay the return costs, too. Thus you can lose shipping both ways and whatever you receive back, including an empty box you will be forced to refund their payment.

I have already contacted them before, but the customer service in Egypt, DHL, does not understand the meaning of a business, they just think that you are shipping antiquities or something illegal, they deal with you very hard to ship a product equal to one gram, you sold it for 25 cents only, the price of shipping via DHL is 80 dollars
Funny thing, isn't it Egypt, my dear, there is no final support for small traders or for international shipping, there are many beautiful products, but shipping companies do not help build a business, I contacted again and we will see!!

Making a video is useless and eBay won't watch it. The return and refund is an automatic process. When tracking shows delivered the buyer gets their money back. It doesn't matter what they retern they will get their money back!
