shipping labels won't open to print on Firefox

I have been using Firefox for a long time. Today, suddenly, after purchasing the label, it won't open up to print. I even went back to "reprint" and it still would not open. I cleared all the cache and cookies and it still does not work. I had to go to Chrome to get the label to open.

Check your Firefox Options, under Applications, and make sure that PDFs are set to open in Adobe Acrobat or your PDF reader application rather than using a browser plug-in. There may be more than one PDF entry in the application list, so check the whole list.

After creating a label, I needed to close window. But when I click reprint label both from label email and reprint link within labels page, I get an endless loading page--both on Firefox and Chrome. Any ideas for how to print a label in this situation? I'm guessing something not working on ebay side as I've never run into this before this AM...

Perhaps it is time to use other labels providers, like free pirateship.com. I have yet to read any complaints about any problems printing labels using their site. The import your ebay orders, post tracking numbers back to ebay. You download your label as a PDF file, you can reprint it as many time as you want, no headaches no waste of time. Tons of other good (and always working) features.
