I had one shipping label that would not print out, a message said that there was something wrong with the zip code. I checked this out with the buyer and with addresses on the internet and the zip code was correct. I even tried to make sure that other parts of the address were correct. I finally had to refund the buyer, I hated to, but I had no other choice. Does anyone know how to correct or by-pass this when it happens? Thanks in advance.
