Hello, I purchased an item on eBay and had it shipped to a PO box from a courier service that I use for purchases in the USA because I live in Ecuador. The tracking shows the package was delivered to a warehouse, but it hasn't arrived to the courier's hands yet. They have informed me that I need to ask the sender to file a claim regarding this issue, as the package has been in the warehouse for approximately 10 days and hasn't reached the courier.
Could anyone please help me with this?
