How do I enter a handling fee when listing my item ?

On the Advanced Listing Tool, it is a field under the handling time ... only available when you have calculated shipping.

Speaking of 'shipping' what does eBay do to justify the 'FEE' they charge for it? DUH?

Back in the olden days, they didn't charge a fee on shipping, but then sellers found out they could charge $1 for the item and $25 for shipping and handling and only pay fees on the $1.

I wish they'd allow a reasonable "shipping allowance," but I doubt that will come to pass.

You're right  -  I have noticed some sellers doing exactly that; however, why should the 'honest' sellers be penalized? I sold for years here on eBay and never had any 'charge' from eBay on my shipping!

You realize that this would reduce eBay profits, right?  When was the last time that eBay gave a benefit to sellers that cut into eBay profits?
