shipping a replacement

I have an International buyer whose shipment thru DHL has gone missing for several weeks now. The Buyer and myself have agreed on shipping him another unit. Can I just print and ship another label or do I need to get his address so I can ship direct to him? I want to follow the rules - I just don't know what they are as this is a first for me.

Have you contacted the shipper about the missing package?  Many include some insurance and also refund shipping on lost packages.  See if they will supply a paid shipping label.

Hi Sim,

I'm thinking to just send him a refund and then he can simply re-purchase the same item again - we carry them as stock items so not a 1 Up sale item.  Thanks for your ideas!

I shipped thru eBay - DHL was the last point - 2 weeks ago. So I don't know who/ how to contact for a trans shipment Int. I would think eBay?

This was shipped through ebay international standard?  There might be updated tracking at  this site..

If you shipped it through the global shipping program the customer can call EBay and they will handle it for you
