I did not set up shipping on listing. Item is now sold and I'm trying to print a shipping label. I've entered the box size and weight and checked the FedEx opting. The shipping label reverts to small flat rate envelope. Any help?
Thanks Forward Motion. Will go to FedEx today. I do lose out and the ebay pricing, which is substantial for big items. Will be sure to determine shipping when I do a listing next time.
Watch out with Fedex and large packages. You might want to take it to a Fedex shipping place and let them print the label. There have been some horror stories of Fedex billing for over a thousand dollars when a package was over size. Like a flat screen TV. But even smaller packages have had added fees over a hundred dollars.
I ship large packages fedex almost daily, I’ve never had an issue. I have read the stories can’t let the bad things that happen every now and then to scare you.
I had the same issue, and what I found was my package was too big, so it did not accept the dimensions. Try making your dimensions smaller, don’t click buy. But this will tell how big your package needs to be. Or, go to fedex in person.
