shipping Multiple Order to Single Buyer

Hi!

I'm eBay Seller from Sri Lanka. Recently one of my buyers purchased several items from auctions within two days. The buyers paid for each item separately at the end of each auction without waiting for other auctions to be over. As I'm from Sri Lanka, combining orders was not possible, and I shipped each item separately with different tracking IDs. Is there any other way to combine orders and send them as a single package under one tracking ID?

After sale combining is a risky thing.

Should be set up prior.

Can be done by refunding em the over charge for shipping if any.
