shipped wrong item, want to send a return label

Hello,

I shipped a wrong item.  I want to sent the buyer a return shipping label but I don't need to have them request a return and get a refund.  I just want to give them a return label and ship the item they were meant to get.  eBay will not allow me to attach a PDF shipping label to a reply so what is the proper way to accomplish what I"m trying to do?

Send the PDF label as an attachment in an email. Buyer's email address is

1. in the email you received from PayPal about the payment (hit Reply)

2. in the dropdown on your Sold page.
