shipped to wrong address by authenticator because of ebay

So I bought some shoes, everythign good on that end. I looked at the adress and they still have my old address even though I chaged 4 times, there is no number to speak to a ebay person or get a call back. been at this since 12/5/25

You may have changed your address x 4, but did you bother to save it? Saving it will keep it in your account, if you don’t save it no changes will be made.

yep, I was able to reach ebay by way of X to look into it, and yes I saved it all 4 x  and on the 4 th it went to the wrong address it took me almost 2 weeks to get somoene from ebay to answer.  I'll see what happens next.
