I mailed a package to a buyer, and someone at the house mistakenly sent it back to me. (long story) The buyer still wants it. How do I get the postage cost from them again?
Thanks

I suggest asking an eBay rep however I have a feeling that the solution will be that they pay you via PayPal. I had a similar incident and that was suggested to me.
Good luck!

Just send a money request to the buyer's Managed Payments account. It's the replacement for PayPal, and everything you can do on PayPal, you can do on Managed Payments.

Ah no, buyers don't necessarily have a Manage Payment account. And Managed Payments offer no way for a seller to send an invoice for additional shipping to a buyer.

Do you have a PayPal account?
If yes then you can send a payment request to your buyer through PayPal all you need is your buyer's email address. Please keep in mind PayPal's fees in addition to postage cost.
If NO then you can ask your buyer to purchase a label to their address as shown on their eBay order and email this to you. You then print and attach this to your package.
Crucial thing is that address on this label MUST be same as address on order.
