scam of return on different address than paypal

Dears,

I bought an Apple Watch 4 that was ID Locked so no possible to use.

I asked return to seller and he sent me an address on ebay message, after many time no answers for refund so I asked Paypal for controversy.

Paypal didnt' refund me because the addres sent inb ebay Messages was different from Paypal.

At the end the seller sold again the goods I returned but paypal so the game will start again with a different buyer.

The problem is that Ebay sais that payapal must resolve this and Payapal sais that ebay must resolve this.

This is the scam of different addresses for return!

If you return an item without using the eBay or PayPal return systems, then eBay and PayPal can't support you.

Here are two things you can try:

1. [I am not 100% sure this first one will work]  Go to the Resolution Center, and open up a return claim for "Defective", then explain that the device is locked.  Once the return has been entered in the system, add the tracking number for the return ... you must have the tracking number, and the tracking number must show "delivered" or this will not work.
2. If you have problems with #1, then your next best option is to file a chargeback with your credit card, noting that the item was defective and returned, but the refund was not processed.

point 1) I made this but Ebay didn't show delivered even if I put tracking number and didn't step in for many days.

the address I delivered was given in ebay messages.

After some times nothing happened so I asked paypal to step in but the problem is that the person registered in ebay is different that the person of paypal with different addresses.
