What penalties do I incur from eBay, if I refuse to accept a return? The issue is with a $400 14k gold necklace and bracelet. After 27 days, the buyer indicates that she does not think it's authentic. It is authentic, and I believe the buyer knows that. eBay gave me until 30 April to accept the return or they will step in. What does that mean?
