Hello i am fairly new to selling on ebay i wanted to share a expierence and see if theres any help with this situation. I had a buyer say she didnt get her earrings i went ahead and gave her a full refund since it was only 8$ so there wouldnt be any negetive problems. but i noticed she left a neutral feedback stating that i didnt show rust in pictures that were on back of earrings But i thought she never got earrings , i went to listings of earrings and theres only one picture of back of earrings and there is no rust she got earrings for free and then lied on feedback about pictures i dont understand !!!!
