Why is it ? That you purchase something from a seller , It takes two weeks for it to arive , then the item arrives not as described so you do a return and you cant leave feedback for this lousy seller

You can leave feedback as long as it is within 60 days of purchase and the return case wasn’t closed in the sellers favor.
