eBay doesn't have a way to give you protection unless you have three separate packages with three separate labels. Specifically, eBay will not allow you to attach the same tracking number to different items.
If the seller is honest, you can get away with one label and one package, but if they are dishonest then you might get burned ... keep in mind that sellers really hate returns, so many don't like to show grace unless forced to.
