Good evening everyone I have a customer that wants to return a item. They never open the box, they are saying that they change their mind. They don't need or want the product and would like to return it. They are saying they will mail back the product and they would like a full refund. What are your thoughts on this matter?

That would be considered a remorse return and if you don't take returns, you can deny it.

Me, if the buyer was being honest and willing pay the return shipping, I would take the return.
