Hi,

I have noticed that eBay change my return policy, it is not fair to the seller. Can I put my return policy on my description? How to avoid eBay issue a refund to the dishonest buyer?

Thanks.

You can say anything you like on your listing but the fact is you can't enforce it you have to follow eBays rules.
The five return policy options will be:

No returns accepted
30-day buyer-paid returns
30-day free returns
60-day buyer-paid returns
60-day free returns

But with that said the eBay MBG trumps all of that.

Supposedly some categories are still able to have 14 day returns, but I'm not seeing that when listing.

Why is that not surprising ?

Select the available option that will best suit you.

And Ebay continues to put the screws to the people that provide them paychecks.

I don't remember which update it was on but we got a notice that they didn't want shipping and return information in the listings.  We removed a bunch we had on our listings at that time.  I probably have a couple of them I have missed.  They do have links to their policys now under the returns and hopefully that will clear up some of the confusion on buyers remorse returns.
