Does anyone know how to generate a return label in eBay when we have already provided a full refund? We had never had a request for return and did not follow the eBay procedure correctly. Now we have refunded but can't get a label to print for the buyer to return. The buyer does want to return. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Once you refund, the buyer is no longer required to return anything. eBay considers it a done deal so you cannot purchase a label through eBay.
You can purchase a label from pirateship.com (make sure buyer's info is in the ship-from field) and send it to the buyer. Hopefully they will ship the item back, but there's nothing you can do to force them.
If the label goes unused you have 28 days to void it for a refund.
Good luck @molinelibraryfriends .

Thank you for the helpful information! This was a valued lesson to learn if it ever happens again. We are a small non-profit whose proceeds go to our community library so we hate to lose money. We'll certainly know better next time thanks to your reply.
