Purchased an expensive espresso machine described asgood working order and nothing broken - display model, with no return. However received the item and it is not as described and did request a return due to this. The seller immediately just closed the return with no statement or offer to fix etc. I went to file a claim and it states return request open but then says return closed and does not give me the option to file a claim. What do I do?Please Help, out over $600 with a broken espresso machine!

Open a case with paypal or your credit card company.

The only way a seller can deny a return and have it closed immediately is 1. If you didn't choose a not as described reason but a remorse reason and the seller has no returns. 2. It's been over 30 days since delivery

This is an item not as described: go to PP or credit card to file a case.
You have already blown it with eBay. Make sure the case is closed in ebay before opening one else were.
