Hi, I am a seller on ebay.

I have problems with return cases when someone open a return case I have as a seller to upload return shipping label, and I can't buy it from my country. 

So, at finally, I refund the buyer because ebay will close the case for his favor and will be a defect to my account.

what should I do?

How can I buy return shipping label to China?

ebay just accept return shipping address to USA, but for China I have to buy a label, and I can't do that from my country.

As a seller, the buyer would need to purchase return shipping on your behalf ... here are the steps:

1. The buyer tells you how much return shipping is going to cost (they get a quote from their local shipper).
2. You (the seller) then sends them money for the shipping via PayPal.
3. The buyer pays for shipping, labels package and returns it to you.

Make sure that the communication about purchasing the return label is done through the case messages so that it is documented that you provided return shipping costs.
