Now EBay wants a buyer to be reported for using the incorrect reason for returns. Make up your mind. First it was easy to challenge a return, then the seller is screwed on all returns, then you get concierge help to soften the blow of false returns, now no concierge help you need to waste your time reporting each fraudulent buyer return. Sellers have a harder time every day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

eBay recently announced a new and improve "Abusive Buyer Policy", something sellers have been wanting for a long time. This new policy helps all sellers, not just "concierge" sellers. So this is an overall benefit.
However, this will require more "report buyer" reports now that eBay is tracking specific metrics they didn't track before, the only way to know it is to know when it is reported to eBay so it can be validated.
It's frustrating, I get it. But in the long run it's two steps forward and one step back, which is still progress.
