Hi,
I ordered a set of bow and arrows on 12\Dec\2017. It was supposed to arrive max on 11/Jan/18. I still haven't recieved it. I contacted the seller and he\she said that they'll check. They checked and said that the package did not pass the custom?(I don't know what they mean). They said that on 15\Jan\2018. I asked if they could send another one or refund me. I got no answer from them yet.
What should I do?
The funny thing is that the set doesn't appear in my order list, and I can't send questions to seller regarding this item because it states that either the question is invalid or 90 days have passed(which hasn't). All this time I contacted the seller by replying to his messages by gmail.
