Hi I requested a refund for a damaged item I recieved. The distrobutor sent me an email, saying they had issued the refund. It has been about a week and I still have not got the refund. Also I did not pay with paypal but with a card. I made a paypal account yesterday for future purchases. But I still have not recieved a refund. Help please.

Call your credit card company and do a chargeback.

The refund would go back on the card. Find the card and call the number on the back and check for it there.

Umm it's a target bought visa gift card. Does this still work?
