Can't generate lable for buyer in China. Same thing happened for 2 Chinese buyer's address in China. Warning messsage as below. "It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later."
Item is just a music CD. Size 7 in x 7 in x 1 in. Weight 5 Oz. Value $20.
Address like:
Country: China
Name: XXX
Address Line 1: Building No. X, No. X,
Address Line 2: XXX Road,
City: Haidian District,
State Or Province: Beijing
ZIP Code: 100081
Tried the following but none of them works. Really don't know what else can I do.
Shipped similar CD package to buyer in Shanghai, China last week using the same eBay International Standard Delivery. Generated the lable successfully without any issue.
If choose USPS First-Class Package International it works to generate the lable but more expensive. Really need some help from eBay folks or experts.

My instinct is to say it's an address issue. Maybe too many characters per line?
Did you look up the address to verify it's valid and formatted correctly?
Maybe you have to put the Road on line 1 and the Bldg on line 2?
Do not use USPS First Class Package International - it does not support tracking to final delivery in China, plus it's uninsured (if that matters).

Thanks for the reply! There are about 20 characters per address line so I think it should be ok. I did checked the address and found it's real and valid. Tried to put the Road on line 1 and the Bldg on line 2.. And tried some other combinations and sequences, but still didn't work...

I usually go into my inbox of emails(Pay Pal payment) and find how the address should be written on the package which will be different from eBay of ANY international address which I hate.
Usually Beijing in China should not be a problem...usually.
Most buyers prefer English and Chinese as an address on their package as well as their telephone number...my experience over many years.
I would usually copy address from my inbox of emails to get the correct form of the address...and paste it on the package or envelope.
The addresses can be long and extend from one line to another and there lies the problem.
My result: I got too many buyers from China not even giving an address in English...I finally had to block the country. Chinese characters I cannot write for tracking to that country.
Check the email in your inbox of payment for the right address.
Good luck.

Hey, I just realized @dukeyip (sorry, long day, my brain is having a delayed reaction haha)- you said eBay International Standard Delivery. If you're using eISD the package will go to a US warehouse, not direct to the buyer. So the buyer's address shouldn't be something you need to look at.
You said your package is 7x7x1 - maybe that's the issue.
eISD: Packages must meet or exceed 7.25 inches in width and 10.25 inches in length
https://pages.ebay.com/sell/send/termsofservice.html
It wasn't item 156517864892 was it? If it was, that item exceeds eISD value limits for China (1000 CNY).

There is nothing you can do. This is an internal ebay glitch, its been happening to sellers for YEARS, and ebay refuses to do anything about it. Over the past few years, I have spent countless hours on the phone and in a chatbox with these moron customer service reps. They never accomplish anything and never solve anything, they are just there to answer the phones. They are too lazy, underpaid, and disinterested to actually help ebay members. This site got really big, so Big Tech took over and now they are under-trained and understaffed. Ebay is a joke
