Did you mean:

"The tracking number you have provided already exists in our system."

Please help me out of this proublem.

I don't want the item, and I have talk to the seller, he let me to ask the delivery people to send the package back. SO I do that, and I don't have any other new checking number or label. Right? But I can check the shipping status from the original one.

And in the return page, it asks me to put the shipping number, and I put the original one in there but I can't do it. it showed "The tracking number you have provided already exists in our system. Please use a valid tracking number for this return."

So in this case, what things can I do?

@henso54

You have to buy a new shipping label for the package to return it.

The original shipping label can't be used to ship it back.

Return a Delivered Package

Do not open it. Instead, call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to let an agent know that you are refusing delivery of the package and wish to return it to the sender. Schedule a time for pickup. You also can drop off the package at a UPS location.

If you refuse that package - in other words, do a return to sender - you will LOSE your buyer protection and will not be entitled to a refund.  If your seller is honest, when he receives the item back, he'll refund. If he's not honest,  he won't. Since you've already done the RTS, all you can do is wait and see if he refunds you. Be aware that depending on the class of mail, returned packages are not a priority and can take a very long time to make their way back to the seller.

If they send it back as refused, they loose their buyer protection.
